TST: Take four (4) capsules in the morning. Due to the potent nature of the TST PowerCell, do not exceed recommended serving size.

MASS FX: Take two (2) capsules in the morning and another two (2) capsules in the evening, preferably eight (8) hours apart. When taking four (4) capsules per day, one (1) box of Mass FX will supply four (4) weeks of use. As a general rule to foolow, take one (1) capsule for every 50lbs or 23kg of body weight you have. For best results, use for eight (8) weeks. Do not exceed six (6) capsules per day and eight (8) weeks of continuouse use.
