Initial (first serving) Direction: Start by taking 1 Capsule to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.
Directiong for Regular Use: Take 5 Capsules 30-60 minutes before bed on an empty stomach. consume with at least 6 ounces of water. Take this product daily. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day. Cycle off of this product for at least 2 weeks after every 60 days of use.
