***During the hot summer months, there is a possibility that nutrition bars will melt during shipping. Please keep this in mind before ordering. If you have any doubt, do not purchase nutrition bars during the summer months. We DO NOT accept any returns on nutrition bars for any reason during June - September.***

Most orders are shipped out same or next day. You will receive an
email from us if there is an unforeseen delay that may cause your order to
arrive later than the selected shipping time. Please note that all transit
times are listed in business days. UPS and the US Postal Service do not
include Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays as business days. If your
shipment is late and you think there is a problem with the delivery, we
encourage you to contact us via email. We will investigate the inquiry and
respond in a prompt manner.
THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE. Domestic Standard shipments may be delivered by either of the two carriers.
You may choose to upgrade your shipping to Next-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day delivery once you are ready to check out. Please note that all transit times are listed in business days. The additional shipping charges for upgraded air shipments will be calculated based on the weight of the products you purchase and the proximity to our shipping facility. To select a different shipping option, you will need to type in your delivery zip code and scroll down to the desired shipping option. Please note that if you live outside of the contiguous 48 states you must select "USPS Priority Mail" as your delivery option or your order will not be processed.
Shipping is generally via UPS or the US Postal Service and all packages use tracking or Delivery Confirmation. Transit time is typically 1-5 business days.
Shipping for most lightweight orders will be via US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Lightweight orders are generally orders that weigh under one pound. BNC does not guarantee that all orders under one pound will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Ultimately, we will choose the lowest cost carrier for your order at our discretion at the time the order is ready to be shipped. US Postal transit time is typically 1-3 business days from our shipping facility. The US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery in 3 business days. Sometimes it will take longer.
- UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
- We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
Split Shipments/Drop Shipments
Occasionally, in order to provide you with the best service and fastest delivery of your items, we may need to drop ship and divide your order into two or more shipments among multiple nation-wide distribution centers. It is possible that items in your order could be shipped from two or more distribution centers. Of course at no additional charge to YOU!
Return Information:
- All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
- We do not accept any returns on merchandise that has been opened.
- All returns must have a return authorization number visible on the package. Orders sent back without a return authorization number will be refused.
- 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits are given or replacement product is shipped.
