New Users: Consume 1/2 dose per day. Gradually increase to 1 full dose 2-3 times per day. General Use: For consumption by adults 12 years and older. Mix 1 teaspoon or scoop in at least 8oz. of liquid 2-3 times daily. Drinking without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing. Note If You Are Taking Oral Medication: Use this product at least 2 hours prior or 2 hours after ingesting oral medication.

STOP USE AND CONSULT PHYSICIAN if you experience a sudden change in bowl habits persisting for 2 weeks or more, if you experience constipation that last more than 7 days, if you experience abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or rectal bleeding.
